CRRC Zhuzhou Electric, a core subsidiary of CRRC Group, has been engaged in the research, development, and manufacturing of motors and transformers for over six decades. Its major clients include Goldwind, Mingyang, Shanghai Electric, Dongfang Electric, Yunda, SGRE, Suzlon, Doosan, and others.

In Industrial Driving
The product range extends to diverse application scenarios within mining and engineering equipment systems. Custom-designed motors are available for the entire range of mining machinery, such as Belt Conveyors, Mill Machines, Mine Electric Locomotives, and Mine Ventilators. In the mining dump truck segment, the company offers electric wheel motors for 35T to 360T dump trucks, based on a serialized and modular platform. These products have been exported to countries like Chile and Australia, and it has established strong partnerships with renowned domestic dump truck manufacturers, including XCMG, LIU GONG, NHL, Aerospace Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd., and CRRC Qishuyan Institute Co., Ltd. Additionally, its motors for Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM) are another flagship product, featuring high torque, strong overload capacity, wide constant power range, and adaptability to various shield machine working conditions. Over 1,200 sets have been installed, exhibiting stable and reliable operation performance.

In High-Speed Fluid Equipment Machinery
CRRC Zhuzhou Electric is the sole Chinese brand that has fully mastered and independently developed air suspension and magnetic suspension technologies. With independent R & D and a complete set of intellectual property rights, it is committed to leading the high-speed fluid equipment machinery sector. Its Oil-free turbo blowers, equipped with magnetic or air suspension bearings, eliminate the need for oil lubrication. These blowers offer an efficiency of up to 98%, a noise level below 80 dB, a power-saving rate of 20%-40%, can endure 200,000 start-stop cycles, have a service life of up to 20 years, are easy to install and maintain, and occupy only 30%-50% of the space of traditional blowers. They find applications in sewage treatment, biopharmaceuticals, and other fields.
